Rates

Rates vary according to clinician and service but range between $165-210 for a 50-minute therapy session. During your initial free consultation, we will discuss the specific rate for the clinician and service you are requesting.

Insurance

We are an out-of-network provider. However, we provide all the necessary paperwork for insurance reimbursement. Most clients who choose to do so receive between 50-90% back. However, these rates vary depending on your plan. Please contact your insurance provider to determine your out-of-network coverage.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you offer at least 24-hour notice for any cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of the session. Credit cards, HSA cards, and Venmo are all accepted.

Forms

Once your appointment has been confirmed you will be sent my practice document forms as well as an intake form for your review. Please be sure to sign and fill these out prior to our first meeting.
